Strategizing for Strategies: Building capacity for developing strategies for working with individuals with brain injuries.

The Brain Injury Alliance of AZ is hosting this half day workshop. This follow-up educational program to “Brain Injury Basics: Connecting, Disconnecting, Reconnecting and Rerouting”, is targeted to professionals working with individuals with brain injury who have attended Brain Injury Basics (BIB) or other introductory brain injury courses. The workshop is designed to build the capacity of the participants to develop strategies for working with clients with brain injury and their families. This interactive program will discuss the tools needed to develop strategies and explore different approaches to the process.

The presenters will include Ann Tarpy from the Governor’s Council on Spinal and Head Injuries, Chris and Amy Hotaling from Aspire Place, and B. J. Tatro, PhD., consultant with Shea & Associates.
