Welcome to Brain Hacks: Tools for School, Skills for Life - Information Night!

Join us for a free webinar to learn how executive skills affect academic success and how our in-person Brain Hacks Programs in London, Ontario can help high school students build the tools they need to thrive. Get an inside look at what our upcoming programs offer and how they can support your teen.

Executive skills are brain-based cognitive functions that act like a control centre, helping students manage their thoughts, emotions and actions in order to achieve their goals. These skills include goal setting, planning, prioritizing, time management, organization, problem solving and self-regulation.

Led by experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, this webinar will offer practical insights into how executive skills impact learning and how these skills can be strengthened with intentional support.

During the webinar, we will introduce two of our upcoming, in-person Brain Hacks programs.
