Is it that job you want? That relationship you want? Or that life you want?
Sadly, I have none of them available...
BUT what I do have is expert understanding on how to overcome our greatest challenge as individuals.
It's NOT just being brave, it's NOT just throwing caution to the wind, it is NOT just breaking down your fear of failure and it is DEFINITELY NOT reading post after post of Facebook motivational images...
Upon full reflection, I have asked why so many people had considered me confident, consistent, and resilient, even during difficult times. I have swam through my history, looking at the big changes as well as the big consistencies, and counted only 3 elements that directly contributed to the very thing I want to share with everyone.
During my talk, I'll show and demonstrate some of the least talked about and yet highest impacting issues that stop us from not only being confident, but even FEELING confident. I'll share what I have learnt in where confidence comes from, what it looks like and why it seems after so much technological development, we are still suffering with a lack of it.
Most importantly, I'll share why some people have it, and why some people don't, but ultimately everyone SHOULD!
Brain Dead; Brain Fed is a talk that really should not be missed, primarily because it kind of IS a matter of life and death...!
Here's more details on what you can expect!

When & Where
There is no question that a nihilist still lives in me. If you show me a wall, I will learn and show you the tool I'll use to smash it down.
A waiter for 14 years, but a persistent being for a lot longer, I have taken to understand the way people think, behave and feel. While studying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I also teach memory and further learning skills in schools all over the country, with a goal to be teaching emotional intelligence and self awareness.
Other roles include voice over projects, presenter and public speaker training.
