Description

The Boys & Girls Club of the Gila Valley will be holding its 1st Annual benefit Golf Tournament on April 22nd 2017 (8:00 am tee off), at the Mt. Graham Golf Course, located in Safford Arizona.

We hope, with your support, that this event will be a success and enable the Boys and Girls Club to continue to provide local youth with after school programs. Some of the programs we offer include MethSmart, Smart Girls/Passport to Manhood, Power Hour, tutoring, science programs, computer skills, etc.

All monies raised will be used to provide a safe, caring and positive place for children to be with their friends, learn valuable life skills, and have access to mentors after school and during the summer. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. We care! We anticipate that all who join us will have a good time and hopefully a good round of golf!

Check-In starts at 6:30 a.m. with a Shotgun Start at 8:00 a.m.

Registration & Payment Due by April 10th.

The format for this tournament is 4 Man Scramble.

Hole in One wins a vehicle!
Men & Women Long Drive/Long Putt
Closest to the Pin

Prizes include: Driver, Putters and more!

Tournament fees includes green fee, carts, door prize, lunch and water!

All Players will receive a Tournament Survival Kit which includes: door prizes, balls, tees, and other items!

Refreshments and lunch will be available on the course during play.



Fees:

$2,000 Tournament Sponsor Name/logo featured as Tournament Sponsor on a large banner, 2 company sign’s located on the course, company banner displayed at club house, and up to 4 teams of 4 players.

$1,000 Contest Sponsor – Name/logo on a sign provided by you and a sign provided by the tournament with your logo on a contest of your choice (closest to the pin, longest putt, longest drive M/W, and putting contest), and up to 2 teams of 4 players.

$400 Team Sponsor Name/logo on a sign provided by you and 1 team of 4 players.

Tournament/Contest Sponsors – Name/logo files should be provided to tournament coordinator by April 1st to be included on banner and contest signs. Company signs should be supplied by sponsor prior to the tournament for display on the tee boxes.

Team Sponsors - Signs should be supplied by you or your company prior to the tournament for display on the tee boxes. We would prefer to have them prior to the day of the tournament.
