Boxing Classes and Functional Strength Classes

About this Event

Offering two types of classes : Boxing and Strength Training

Boxing Classes are offered Wednesday and Thursday. Whether you are a beginner or someone more advanced - this class is for you! Each class is apx. 45 minutes which includes the breakdown of boxing techniques, new and interesting boxing combinations and unique body weight exercises to keep your heart rate up and your muscles burning!

Functional Strength Classes are offered Monday and Saturday mornings. All levels of fitness are encouraged to come out! Each class is apx. 60 minutes which includes a broad spectrum of exercises that will help you increase your strength, burn fat, and work on your mobility so that you can take what you learn in class and apply it to your daily activities - living your strongest life - pain free!

There is a breakdown and detailed explanation of each exercise in class, so that no one feels out of place or unable. Whether you are young or old, an avid fitness goer or just beginning your fitness journey, this is the class for you!
