Event Details

You, the artist, are the heart of the show! Yes there will be BACON. Yes there will be BOURBON! But all of that pales to the importance of the artist community coming together through this amazing event. We welcome you to be a part of the B&B Art Show!


The B&B Art Show is split into 3 time slots the artist can display their artwork but when you have a VENDOR BOOTH you are able to stay for the entire show time! The booth dimensions are 10x10" Feet. You are free to decorate your booth as much as you like. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. 

Once you have submitted your purchase. Someone from our team will contact you to assign you a space for the event. 


  • Rates: $500 for the VIP VENDOR BOOTH
  • Artwork Due Date for B&B Art Show Summer 2017: August 11, 2017
  • Maximum Art Size: Limited to the 10"x10" Space
  • Maximum Art Space purchases: No Max
  • Minimum Art Space purchases: None
  • Space is limited. First Come First Serve.
  • Permission: By submitting work for the show you're agreeing to receive period emails concerning B&B Art Show. You're also granting B&B Art Show permission to contact you via text message and/or phone call in which standard messaging, data and phone call rates may apply. We will never give out or sell your information and it is used solely by B&B Art Show to communicate regarding the events that you register for.

Finally, we'd like to insist all patrons to please drink responcibly.

We'd also like to encourage all patrons take advantage of all Atlanta public and MARTA transportation systems.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds

What happens if it rains/snows during the event?

There will be no refunds regardless of weather. As the saying goes, "The show must go on!" 


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the setup?

Yes. We scan the barcode/QR Code on either a printed ticket or on your phone, so long as it clearly visible i order for us to give you your hangers per amount of art spaces/pieces you purchased. 

What's the deadline to submit work?

August 11

How many pieces can I show?

You'll need to display at minimum 2 pieces for the show.

Is lighting provided?

We do provide lights over the walls the art is hung on.

How much does it cost to hang up art?

There's a $15 hanging contribution for EACH piece you display in the gallery space. This helps us cover the costs of the show (venue, music, security, bacon, wall materials/repairs, hanging supplies, staff, etc).

Do you take a commission on my sales?

Nope. We take ZERO commission on sales so you'll pocket 100% of everything you sell.

Can I bring a table to use?

No. Tables are reserved for those who purchase booths only. All prints MUST be placed on the floor near your work and must not be blocking any work that is displayed on the walls.

When do I come install my art?

For those who sign up for Slot 1 Saturday and Sunday, installation of your work will be the morning before the event (7AM - 11AM). For Slot 2 on Saturday, your time to setup is between 5PM and 6PM. Please pay attention to the emails you'll receive; that is how we'll notify you of any changes in the drop off/installation times.

What do I need to bring to the installation?

Bring your art and payment for your work IF you did not purchase your space online (and if there are any spaces left). We will supply all the tools necessary for hanging. Your art will be hanging on a grid display.

What is the best way for me to prep my art for hanging?

We prefer that your work be wired, but we can work with most other types of hanging options. Stretched canvas pieces are ok without being wired. Your art will be hanging on a grid display.

When do I take my art down?

Take home is immediately after the show. There is NO exception to this as we do not have access to the venue once we leave.

If you are only showing your art Saturday, August 12 from 11AM - 5PM, the artwork MUST be taken down for the artists who are showing their art from 6PM - 12AM. You have 1 hour to take down the art. Please be courteous to the other artists.

What should be on my title cards?

It’s totally up to you but we recommend the following:

  • Title of Work

  • Artist Name

  • Price of Work

  • Contact Info* (Phone Number or Email Address)

    • *If you are accepting payments via apps include which one(s) and your username.

    Pic Pic Prints

    Kollaboration Atlanta is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing a creative platform for Asian American performance artists to showcase their talents within the greater Atlanta community. Every year, an audition is held to select competitors for a large-scale talent show that takes place the following summer. Since 2008, the event has attracted over 15,000 attendees, nearly a hundred tryouts, and widespread community recognition.

    Pic Pic Prints is a hub for creative professionals and a source for those in need. For artists, we understand that making a business out of your artwork is a logistial nightmare, which is why we've developed a system that gives you more time to focus on what you love. Our program offers a wide variety of incentives and deals to further entice the spirit of giving. Through our sales, donations will be made to help fight cancer, feed the hungry, and better the community. We're a group of artists who beleive that printi ng can amke a lasting impact on charity. Together, we are Pic Pic Prints. Prints that give back.
