Description

This summer, Boulud Sud Miami has invited four chefs from Café Boulud, part of the Daniel Boulud family of restaurants, for a collaborative culinary journey. The Pop-Up Series will celebrate four chefs, four cities and four culinary muses that are pillars of Daniel Boulud’s culinary philosophy: Le Voyage will be the last featured menu in our Cafe Boulud Pop up, the ticketed dinner event will be hosted by Chef Mathias Gervais and the menus will then be featured a la carte at Boulud Sud for the following two weeks.

Traveling from NYC, Chef Mathias Gervais, formerly of the Setai Miami, will close our series with a three-course dinner paired with wine, in collaboration with our Executive Chef, Clark Bowen.
