PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW EVENT PROTOCOL. The well-being of our audiences and artists is our highest priority.
- Vehicles may begin arriving at 6:10pm each evening, and high-visibility spaces will be distributed on a first come/first serve basis. Event sponsors will receive priority parking.
- To ensure maximum visibility, large cars will be parked at the back of the lot, away from the stage, and small cars will be parked at the front. If you would like to be closer to the stage, consider coming in a smaller vehicle. Cars will be parked in every other parking space to ensure social distancing and maximum visibility. Staff will help guide you to a spot upon arrival.
- If you and/or anyone you have been in contact with has experienced Covid-19 symptoms, including fever, respiratory infection, and coughing, please DO NOT attend the event. Your ticket will be refunded.
- The purpose of the drive-in event is to ensure that attendees do not come into close contact with one another and maintain social distance. Please stay in your car when you arrive and do not exit unless there is an emergency. Please wear masks if you must leave your car.
- Please wear masks if your windows are rolled down. If you don't feel comfortable rolling down windows, an FM transmitter will broadcast sound through your radio.
- A portable restroom will be available for emergency use. Please avoid using the restroom if you can (a 1.5 hour program is designed to be short enough to attend without restroom use). If you do need to use the restroom, use the provided hand sanitizer before and after. If there is a queue at the restroom, please maintain at least six feet of distance.
- If you do not observe our health and safety protocol, Boulder Arts Outdoors reserves the right to dismiss you from the venue.
