Event Details

Come join the Village Winery Club and bottle the Spring Vintage 2016 Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, Cab Franc Rose, and South African Pinotage. Our bottling events are great times to get the full winemaking experience as you fill, cork, cap, and label our southern hemisphere gems.

The pairing for this event will be from one of our members (and cousin), Sue Baldassano, former director at the Natural Gourmet Institute.

Open to ALL 2016 members and non-members with limited tickets available to taste the #grapetoglass experience of the Village Winery Club.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Village Winery Club

Matt Baldassano's Village Winery Club is located in New York City at a private cellar in the East Village and shared artisan workspace at Brooklyn Beauty Fashion LABO in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

The VWC is a membership club located that operates as an urban-winemaking center focused on the education and experience of small production, hand-made wine from the highest quality fruit we source - globally.

Matt takes you from the #GrapeToGlass with 3rd generation urban-winemaking techniques and new technology to enjoy the tradition. Stomping grapes under your feet is staple at every Crush!

Member events organized throughout the process teach you the steps of making wine and each vintage builds a dynamic community to share the experience.
