How does the barbecue competition work?

With over 20 barbecue competitors vying for prize money and the chance to participate in the Jack Daniels International Barbecue Competition, the barbecue portion of Bottles, Brews and Barbecues is AWESOME. The winners of the barbecue competition will be announced via microphone at the Grand Stage toward the end of the day.
