This is a three day class. Come and paint the beautiful blooms that are growing at Leu this time of year! In this 3 session class, students will learn a traditional botanical watercolor technique using subjects from the garden. Instruction will include drawing with dark and light values and a demonstration on applying layers of transparent watercolor washes to realistically render floral specimens. Prior drawing and watercolor experience is recommended but not required. There may be a flower fee (depending on flowers available) payable to the instructor. Please bring your lunch. A materials list is available upon registration.
