Botanical Sketching Workshop & Hike

UPDATE: Due to a very poor weather forecast, the sketching workshop has been CANCELLED. BNRC staff will be at the Hoosac Range trailhead at 2:00pm this Saturday, May 13 to lead a walk, should anyone want to join. Please stay tuned to www.bnrc.org/50 for other events throughout the year.

If you do attend the walk, please be sure to wear sturdy footwear (boots are best) and bring plenty of layers and water. The weather on the Hoosac Range is generally colder and windier. Given the forecast, waterproof outerwear is strongly recommended.

DIRECTIONS to parking area: (from Pittsfield) take Route 8 North, at the Cumberland Farms in North Adams, turn right onto 8A. Then turn right, heading east on Route 2. The parking area and trailhead is on the right after the Wigwam Cabins.
