Botanical Microscopy Photography with Darya Warner

Description
Learn about artist Darya Warner’s photographic process using microscopes. Participants will go for a garden walk to collect botanical specimen, view them under microscopes, and make their own photographic prints. Participants will be able to take home their artwork and contribute a print to a community exhibit that will be on view as part of In Full Bloom in July and August.
Registration required. Drop-in upon availability.
Included with Garden admission.
***While the event is free, Garden admission is to be paid at Garden entry. Admission April through October: Adults – $6, Seniors (age 62+) – $4, Students with ID – $4, Children (ages 4 to 12) – $2, Children (3 and under) – FREE, Members – FREE.

Spend the day at the Garden!
From June 12 through September 2, take selfies throughout the Garden with "Grown Up Flowers," larger-than-life, inflatable flowers by PLAYLAB, INC.
Go to the Visitor & Administration Building Gallery to see "In Full Bloom," featuring three artists presenting work inspired by the shape and form of flowers and bodies in nature.
