This month, the Curiosity Desk’s Edgar B. Herwick III hosts speakers who are working to improve Boston and the lives of the people who live here. Design Museum Boston and its VP Liz Pawlak have taken design out of the box – literally- and aim to elevate design through education by offering accessible design throughout the city. The Boston Promise Initiative’s Director Sheena Collier is working to build a better, stronger community through the person-to-person interactions of the residents, parents, youth and organizations living in the neighborhood.
You must be at least 21 with a valid ID to attend.
A Smarter Happy Hour
Hear from and connect with local experts in a variety of fields while enjoying the great company of your neighbors from Boston and beyond. Each event combines short speaking programs, drinks, and a chance for you to join the conversation.
