The Boston Zendesk User Group is pleased to announce our next user group meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 22nd from 6-8pm.

The meeting will be hosted by Zendesk customer, Compete, in downtown Boston!

Zendesk will provide snacks, drinks and have our team on-site to answer questions. If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the Boston user group forum forum to keep apprised of future events!

Agenda:
6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with other Zendesk users 
6:15 - 6:25pm: Welcome remarks from the Boston user group leadership team
6:25 - 6:45pm: Zendesk's Director of Product Management, Shun Chen, will share upcoming features and we will announce a customer speaker in coming weeks 
6:45 - 7:30pm: Breakout session to discuss what Zendesk features, integrations and support issues matter most to you and your organization
7:30 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This meeting is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product. It can also be useful for people looking to learn more about Zendesk and customer service.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda. We hope to see you there!
