Boston Green Drinks - April Happy Hour
Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (EDT)
We're pleased to announce the April Boston Green Drinks happy hour co-hosted with Young Professionals in Energy and New England Women in Energy and the Environment at GEM Restaurant and Lounge on Province St! Three times the sustainability-minded Bostonians at one event.
Because the event will diversely represent the city's social consciousness, the Nature Conservancy will be there to ask attendees about the Future of Nature and take photos of the responses. Check out early photos from the campaign below and see more on the Nature Conservancy Facebook Page.
What is the Future of Nature? By 2050, the Earth’s population is expected to exceed 9 billion. Our climate is changing, and we all will have a role to play in making sure that nature can continue to meet the needs of the people and species who rely on it. Join the #futureofnature conversation on Twitter and at community events this spring.
Join the conversation with sustainability professionals and hobbyists. Enjoy a drink and build your connection with our green community!
Keep sending feedback to Lyn@bostongreendrinks.com for ideas about speakers or content for the future and mark your calendar for drinks on the last Tuesday of every month.
If you RSVP and can't make it, e-mail us to let us know. We need reliable counts for our restaurant partners who generously provide appetizers!
