This interactive presentation and discussion will be delivered by Mr. Matthew T. Davis of PM Providers at the Microsoft Northeast District Offices, Cambridge, MA.
Earned Value Management (EVM) and analysis, when properly implemented, can provide a true picture of project cost and schedule status. But what is really required to implement this capability using Microsoft Project and Project Online? This interactive session will outline the steps needed to support EVM reporting capabilities and understand the elements and techniques needed to step up to EVM for your key projects and portfolios.
During this event, students will learn the 6 key components and 5 key process requirements to support Earned Value Management and Analysis using Microsoft Project.
