Event description

Description

As part of Boston Design Week, the Society of Arts + Crafts will host a panel discussion on how to heighten your interior design projects with fine craft. Join interior designers and artists for a panel discussion on incorporating one-of-a-kind handmade craft throughout residential and commercial settings. Handmade craft tells a story, speaks to a place and brings a unique perspective to a design. Learn some tips and discover local resources for bringing craft into your next project from a panel of designers and artists, presented in the Society of Arts + Crafts’ Seaport District gallery. This event will also be an exclusive shopping opportunity to browse the Society’s retail gallery, and consult with the Retail Gallery Manager about commissioning artist work and other opportunities to bring craft into your next design. Before and after the panel, attendees will have the opportunity enjoy light refreshments while taking in an artist demo.
