Event Details

Join us for our next *FREE* Boston Bulldogs Wellness Seminar - an informative talk with Dr. Ian Nurse on running injury prevention and treatment. Dr. Nurse, founder of Wellness in Motion Boston, has a strong background in the care of soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia and nerve) injuries. He has successfully treated a range of patients, including Olympic level runners, and professional and recreational athletes, among others.

As a marathon runner for the past fifteen years, Dr. Nurse has endured many overuse injuries of his own. Unwilling to accept the typical response he received when seeking relief from his various injuries (“If it hurts when you run, you should stop”), Dr. Nurse turned to chiropractic and Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.). Not only did his training and racing improve, but he also found his calling. Dr. Nurse thrives to help those whose lives and hobbies are limited by pain and discomfort.

This event is the latest in a series of Wellness Seminars hosted by the Boston Bulldogs. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, please contact Eileen at eileen@bostonbulldogsrunning.org or 617-806-6999.
