This will be a free, one-day informal conference, created by the Boston Chapter of OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project). The goal is to increase awareness and knowledge of web and mobile application security in the greater Boston area.

BASC features an Opening Keynote, 12 presentations, various workshops throughout the day, and a Closing Keynote. This conference is intended for people both new to and experienced in web and mobile application security and information security.

Free breakfast and lunch are provided. Breakfast starts at 8:30 am. The Opening Keynote starts at 9:00 am.

2017 OWASP Top Ten T-shirts will be on sale for $10. Bring cash or credit cards! Students can present a student ID to receive a free "vintage" 2013 OWASP Top Ten T-shirt (while supplies last).

Bring your resume! There will be two Career Center sessions.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?

Yes, a photo ID will be required to enter the building.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have a list, but it's always safer to bring the ticket.

Where can I purchase the OWASP Top Ten T-shirts?

They will be sold at BASC and at all OWASP Boston meetings.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You can either cancel your registration or email us at boston-leaders@owasp.org to transfer the ticket to someone else.
