The classic burlesque dance vocabulary includes a lot of lower body moves: bump and grind, various types of hip rolls and hip and butt shimmies, plus elements of floorwork perfect for toning your glutes and thighs. This is the chance to learn burlesque dance while simultaneously sculpting and toning your lower body.
Please bring a yoga mat as we will be doing a bit of floorwork. Wear tight fitting clothes that are comfortable to move in such as yoga pants OR if you'd like to add your our sass and sexiness, you are encouraged to wear hot pants, fishnets - FIND YOUR BURLESQUE FLAIR!
