Ladies and gentlemen alike know… it’s all about the booty. Join us for a workout designed to lift and tone your gluteus maximus. Hosted by Avery Pontell-Schaefer and Ena Shed, they’ll take you through a sequence of booty-sculpting exercises. The best part? This workout requires zero equipment so you can work that booty anywhere, anytime. Those yoga pants never looked so good on you.


About Avery: Avery Pontell-Schaefer, known as IronAve, is a 2x Ironman -a triathlon that includes a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, and 26.2-mile run. She has also completed 3 Half Ironmans, 3 Marathons, 12 Half Marathons and countless other races. She has appeared as a fitness model in Runner's World, demonstrating Dr. Jordan Metzl's IronStrength® workout and is an IronStrength® ambassador. She is a marketing professional, (step)mom blogger and founder of (step)mom:(v), certified RRCA running coach, Shaklee health coach, and entrepreneur. Avery is the founder of IronAve Coaching, helping people do things they once thought impossible.

About Ena: Ena Shed received her calling to improve the lives of others through fitness in 2004. As a lifestyle fitness coach, Ena understands, respects, and teaches the value of balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Ena is a runner, triathlete and bikini competitor. She holds her certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a group fitness instructor, and Expert Rating as a certified life coach. Ena has committed her life to educating everyone in her path about wellness, health, and fitness by using a holistic approach.
