This workshop is for women veterans who are (or will be) in the job search process. The workshop will give participants the opportunity to identify the core strengths that they have acquired due to military service and life experience. Participants will also be given tips on "Managing Stress on the Job Search" while networking with sister veterans in an empowering environment. Using art as a way to network together and destress, each participant will be able to create their own inspirational ceremic tile that they can use to empower themselves during the job search. No prior art experience is needed.
Information will also be given on how participants can take advantage of a new comprehensive job readiness program being offered by Tailored for Success - Boots2Suits, A Safety Net for Women Veterans
