We’ll divide into four groups – Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta. Using bass pumping music, we’ll travel from station to station challenging ourselves with the use of tubes, weights, balls, steps and our own body’s resistance to get “tough” military style. No worries, we’ll offer modifications for those that need them to keep it safe and fun for all. We’ll work each side or muscle group for at least one minute to ensure adequate intensity. We’ll focus on one or two muscle groups at each station. The ratio of strength and cardio will be balanced. Not a typical Jazzercise class. Be ALL YOU Can BE.
No street shoes allowed, so carry in a pair of clean workout shoes, and water bottle.
