YaSheema Marshall is a Parent Coach, Entrepreneur, Speaker, Author, and Community Leader who has dedicated 20 years to the human services field at the state and local levels. She has supported and advocated for the improvement of families within various social systems such as child protection, foster care, mental health systems, juvenile delinquency and parent education. She is the CEO/Founder of Renaissance Family Solutions, a private parent coaching & consulting company that helps parents find siimple solutions to every day parenting challenges. She is the host and founder of the Hats Off To Mothers empowerment conference, a trainer and coordinator for a nationally recognized parenting program, serves on the board of a local community agency, volunteers for various community family initiatives and has developed parenting training and youth mentoring programs. She is the author of a new book, "Parenting Ain't Easy" which is a practical guide to help parents deal with tough issues.
As a dedicated wife, mother of six and parent coach, YaSheema has always focused her time and energy on raising her children and fostering positive family relationships, personally and professionally. As a mompreneur, she is no stranger to the challenges that may arise throughout your motherhood journey as you try to conquer the mom, life, balance triad while seeking a self-fulfillng life!
