Description

Bootcamp is a one hour long class filled with Fun and Fitness! We move our bodies in safe and efficient ways and sometimes add objects like kettlbells, wallballs, sand bags or slam balls as we push, pull, get up and get down. Many of the workouts are completed in pairs or groups and everything we do can be scaled to any individual's unique needs.

*warning: you will SWEAT and you may get a little dirty (so don't wear white!)

I have been teaching Bootcamp through NORD for almost three years, and coaching CrossFit for 4.

Pro’s of participating in the class?

You never regret a workout after it's done. I've been witness to deeper squats, stronger kettlebell swings, better balance and coordination, with any participant who has come to the class multiple times. I also know friendships have been forged between folks who come to the class :-)

Fitness tip

Some movement is better than no movement. So even if you have to modify what we do to meet your needs/abilities, you still will have spent an hour doing something
