Boot Camp! This group fitness class is great for all fitness levels and goals. Whether you want to shed a few pounds or simply improve your overall fitness and health this class offers it all. Workout in a fun, motivational group environment with others striving to acheive the same goal.
This class meets every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm and is continuous. Feel free to attend when it's convenient for you. Your first class is always free!
