Step 1. Discovery Call - We'll conduct a detailed discovery call to learn more about your company’s specific needs.
Step 2. Video Interview Session - Your TWL Customer Service Advisor will coordinate a video meeting to introduce you to the candidates that are best suited based on your requirements and you'll choose your new hire.
Step 3. Onboarding Your Virtual Assistant - We do all the heavy lifting once you select your new team member. As part of the onboarding, TWL will set up and pay all necessary employment taxes and health benefits for your Virtual Assistant. We also coordinate their initial franchise-specific software training and then work with your team to get the new hire up to speed and working well.
