Bookmaking Workshop: Japanese Side Stitch

Join me to learn how to make a beautiful handmade hard cover book using the Japanese Side Stitch binding (aka Japanese stab binding)! Meet new people, learn a new skill, and divest from big box stores this holiday season by making a handmade gift for a loved one.

Hand made books make great sketchbooks, journals, photo albums, or anything else you can think of! The possibilities are endless.

All materials will be provided. Please note that this workshop will include sewing, using a box cutter and a hammer or drill. If you are unable to to use any of these tools, I recommend taking the pamphlet stitch workshop, which can be made more accessible.
