Please join us in welcoming one of our dearest friends in the chef community, Ashley Christensen, for a book signing party for her new gorgeous cookbook, Poole’s – Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner. Ashley is the James Beard Award winning Chef of many restaurants in North Carolina including Poole’s Diner, Joule, Beasley’s Fried Chicken and Death and Taxes. She is an integral member of the Southern Foodways Alliance and a longtime friend of Chef Edward Lee and Matt Jamie. Together they will whip up a medley of delicious treats from her cookbook as you sip on some quality bourbon and mingle with friends.
