Bonne Santé - A Food & Wine Showcase
The National Kidney Foundation along with Chef Scott Gottlich, chef of the highly regarded restaurant The Second Floor by Scott Gottlich, internationally acclaimed and culinary gold medalist Chef William Koval of the Lakewood Country Club, and Chef Edward Mendoza, distinguished five-star chef from Augusta, Georgia are pleased to announce their 7th Annual Bonne Santé Chef Showcase. The event will be held Saturday February 4, 2017 at The Westin Galleria Dallas. The evening will showcase top chefs from not only the Dallas/Fort Worth area but also from around the country. Each chef will prepare signature dishes paired with fine wines. The event will be a mix and mingle affair where guests can sample dishes and wines while enjoying entertainment.
