Description

Bodyweight Basics is a 6-week, bootcamp style program, that emphasizes the understanding and mastery of the foundational body weight workouts to improve the athletes overall strength and conditoining while working to improve stiff achy joints and muscles. The class will run from November 1st to December 10th and the classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 pm and Saturday's at 11 am.
