Don't just set a resolution, SWEAT for it!

Start 2018 off with a 6 week fitness program to help you see the #BodyGoals you want for the new year! This progressive program will help you build strength and boost your metabolism so you can shed fat and build the body you want!

What's Included:

High energy group classes twice a week in Washington, DC (Tues 6:30 PM and Sat 9:30 AM) - Classes will alternate between weight training and high intensity interval training to maximum fat loss and build strength

Virtual participation option (Can't join in person? No problem!)

Meal guides

Fitness calendar with suggested workouts

Access to the "Support Squad" Facebook community for ongoing support and motivation
