Description

Join this 10 week Body Thrive Book Group to create new habits of daily living. Our group will learn and discuss 10 core habits that are based on the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga but have been applied to a modern lifestyle. Participants will learn to tune into their bodies through this practice and results focused curriculum to create a more vibrant lifestyle.

When: Tuesday evenings 7:00-8:30 pm on September 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24, November 7, 14, 21, December 5, 12

Please purchase your book prior to the book group starting. Please read pages 4-35 prior to first group. Book can be purchased through yogahealer.com or other dealer.
