Event Details

Led by Kevin Braga, LCSW and movement educator Gabrielle Revlock

Movement can reflect a person’s patterns of thinking and feeling. By giving space to embody those expressions and then reflect on them we can deepen our sense of self-connection. The workshop will consist of guided meditations, led improvisations, games, physical exercises and group processing and is ideal for those looking to strengthen their mind-body connection. This will be an intimate group (limited to 10) to allow for deeper connection between participants. No previous dance experience required.

Light snacks will be provided.

Do I need to have previous experience with dance?

No, this workshop is for anyone who is curious about movement and open to working with the body.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing (sweatpants/leggings/etc) that you can move in.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, notebook and pen.
