HELP RESTORE THE BOATHOUSE: Raise your glass to Belle Isle’s Iconic “Boathouse” since 1902! Experience an afternoon of sipping brews on the river enjoying the spacious lawn and acoustic live music under the historic Band Shell. Explore the grand architecture of the building including the ballroom, the dance hall and the balconies overlooking the Detroit River. Proceeds benefit the efforts to restore a Detroit architectural gem!

Currently, the century old Boathouse is closed to visitors for architectural evaluation for safety and longevity. Because of this, the 5th annual Boathouse Beer Fest will be hosted on the lawn overlooking the bandshell, Detroit River & Belle Isle Bridge for a beautiful fall day with a tented pavilion and live music and HUGE selection of fall seasonal beers!
