Description

[BN]® University is a one-day, behind-the-scenes look at the people and processes that create The Buffalo News every single day. The first all-day session will be held on Thursday, May 11th and will be geared toward our adult reader base with an emphasis on how daily decisions are made and how news gathering is accomplished. The second all-day session will be held on Monday, June 26th and will be geared toward high school and college students who aspire to a career in the media.

8:30-9 a.m.

Registration, featuring coffee, juice, snacks and mingling (5th Floor) Welcome remarks from Carol Horton, Mike Connelly and Warren Colville

9:15-10:15 a.m.

Features Reporter Tim O'Shei: The power of storytelling; Q&A to follow (Auditorium)
