BMXercise Hammersmith - 5 Week Block

Hammersmith BMX Club are now hosting BMXercise sessions! BMXercise is a variable cycling fitness programme based around BMX Track training and designed for women. It is a naturally immersive fitness experience, working on aerobic exercise, core strength, balance and co-ordination.
If you've never been on a BMX before you will be in good company, the 5 week block will start right at the beginning and will work through the basics before moving on to the track. By the end you will have good grasp of the core BMX techniques while getting super fit and meeting likeminded ladies who want to give something new a go!
Participants are required to book onto the block of 5 sessions, these will take place from 10am - 11am on the following dates; Saturday 4th March, Saturday 11th March, Saturday 18th March, Saturday 25th March & Saturday 1st April. The block costs £25 per person.
All equipment will be provided at the track including bikes, helmets and pads. We just ask that you wear long sleeves and trousers or leggings.
