BMC Winter Meditation Workshop

The Brown Meditation Community is hosting its annual Winter Meditation Workshop on Saturday, December 6th from 10 a.m - 2 p.m in Manning Chapel on the Main Green. This year, we have invited Andrew Olendski, a professor and the Director of Mindfulness Studies at Lesley University, to come speak on his experience as a leader in mindfulness practice and guide our meditation during the workshop. The workshop will provide students with an opportunity to destress and reconnect with themselves during the chaotic weeks leading up to the end of the semester.
