After selling out our first "Blushing Bubbles" class, we're going to have another one for those who couldn't get a seat for our first and those new to our wine classes!

We will cover mainly production and tasting notes of both rosé sparkling wines and rosé Champagnes. Throughout the class, a flight of six different rosé sparkling wines and Champagnes will be poured for everyone in order to demonstrate how various factors affect the observable qualities of what we're tasting. We will also have complimentary cheeses and sliced baguette available throughout the class.

This class, like all of our wine classes, will be lead by POP Champagne Bar's very own Wine Director & Certified Sommelier, Michael Scribner.

Like the first session of this class, we're limiting the seats in this class to only 25 in order to keep it small and intimate, so don't miss out on your ticket!

This class is intended for everyone who is interested in anything rosé - from absolute beginners to rosé enthusiasts. Michael will have a slideshow and handouts prepared to aid his teaching.
