With significant tax changes passed by Congress in 2017, many taxpayers are wondering what it means for 2018. As a business owner, you must not only prepare your business - and personal - tax returns, but you must also take care of year-end payroll tax reports and employees, freelancers, and contract workers.

You will learn:

● How to effectively create necessary tax records for proper IRS reporting

● How to use technology to simplify your life with online banking and QuickBooks

Presenter: Brien Kreps, a Certified Public Accountant, started Swiftcurrent Consulting & Accounting, P.C. in Januray 2008 after working in public accounting for ten years. Prior to that, Brien spent 20 years working for several manufacturing firms as a controller, CFO, and gernal manager. Brien has an extensive background in cost accounting, business planning, financial analysis, identifying profit leaks, and strategic planning.
