Leading in Turbulent Times: What It Takes to be a Courageous Leader

Are leaders born or made? Can you learn to be an effective leader? What effect does adversity have on the leader? We’ll draw upon the experience of four diverse leaders who got the job done in tough, turbulent times and how you can too.

You will learn:

• Strengths and qualities that prepare leaders to confront and overcome fears, fractures and crises
• Skills, temperament and resilience that enable leaders to surmount uncommon hardships
• How you can marshal your strengths to become an authentic leader who inspires others to achieve uncommon results
