Did you know that individuals who know their purpose can live longer, healthier, happier lives? As learned from the original five blue zones, people who are able to define their life's meaning and know "why" they wake up in the morning can add years to their life, and life to their years! We want our community to both have and live on purpose as a part of our goal to improve well-being.
Blue Zones Project Yuba Sutter invites you to join us for a free Purpose Workshop on December 13th, 2023 at the Sutter Theater. This two-hour, fun, interactive workshop will guide participants through activities to help them identify their gifts, values, and most importantly their "why." This process is designed by Blue Zones Project in partnership with Richard Leider, a leading expert in purpose studies and author of the book “The Power of Purpose.”
Purpose is deeply personal, it’s found at the place where an individual’s talents and passions intersect. When put to work, it can be used to lead a more meaningful, rewarding life! We hope to see you at the workshop.
