Description
proudly presents it's T3 program (Thanking our Troops through Tennis),a series of free tennis clinics
T3 was created with the thought that, using the sport of tennis as the vehicle, we could thank our troops (servicemen, servicewomen, veterans and all their families) for their continued service to our country by making personal appearances at different military installations around the country.
T3 is returning to Joint Base Andrews. Individuals of all ages and playing abilities (beginner to advanced) are welcome to come out and learn all aspects of the game of tennis from former tour players and certified teaching professionals.
We are adding a second activity this year, the world's oldest board game, CHESS! Two rated-players will be available all afternoon for instruction and plenty of games.
Bring your family for tennis, a game for the body, or chess, a game for the mind, or both! The chess program is presented by the John Hauge Family of Washington D.C.
At this time all slots are full for the September 27, 2014 JB Andrews T3 Event.
