Our storefront is open daily, 10 am - 10 pm, from November 13 through December 24 (10 am - 6 pm on 12/24). Make a free reservation for timed, ticketed entrance to ensure "no-wait" entry. If your preferred time slot shows "sold out" please come anyway as we're usually able to accommodate walk-ups with little wait.

Reservations are for a block of time. Guests should arrive within the first hour of their reservation block. (Ex: If your ticket is for 10 am, you may arrive any time between 10 and 11 am)

Upon arrival, present your ticket - either printed or on your mobile device - to staff at the entrance check-in table. Please cancel your reservation if your plans change so we can allow more reserved slots or walk-up customers.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

• Face masks are REQUIRED to enter the building.

• Payment Options: Credit/Debit cards are preferred for a contact-less payment process. All major cards accepted.

• Parking & Public Transit: Free parking is available in the lot (enter from Dillard Circle) and along Dillard Circle. Bike parking is also available on site.

• Accessibility: ADA designated parking is available in the lot. The building is wheelchair accessible.

• Animals: Service animals, required by a customer due a disability, are allowed inside the Bazaar. Please leave all other pets at home.
