(If needed, free pre-workshop “refresher” e-learning access is available by contacting Ann Eiden.)

  • Use simulation games to coach greatly improved probing skills
  • Diagnose organizational roadblocks to profitable, sustainable organic growth
  • Improve company selection of target markets and project scopes
  • Explain the underlying “whys”—not just “hows”—of all 7 Blueprinting steps
  • And much, much more

Learning Approach: You’ll learn to both master and coach this material through immersive class and breakout sessions, including…

  • Case Studies: Simulate situations a coach is likely to confront, developing skills to help teams in such cases
  • Principles: Master underlying principles that let you address a broad range of questions & problems
  • Role-plays: Practice interviewing & other skills in team breakouts… and gain the ability to coach these skills
  • Common Questions: Try to answer questions coaches often face… and build greater depth and insight
  • Personal Application: Participate in individual breakouts, focusing advanced skills on a real company project
  • Stump-the-Coach: Be part of either the “problem team” or the “coaching team” … followed by a critique

Take-aways: Graduates will receive:

  • Blue Belt certificate
