We have a great time at these classes. Safety is and has always been of the greatest importance. Attire and preparation for students has never been addressed, so this seems like a good time for that. Snacks and drinks are a good idea, the class runs for 2 to 4 hours depending upon the class and how long each student takes to finish their piece. Any dangling jewelry or clothing is advised against as it could get caught on the torch potentially. Clothing that is light in color is always recommended, white would be optimal and black would be ill advised. The heat from the flame is absorbed more readily by darker color than lighter colors, so for greater comfort. This should all be considered. If you have any questions or concerns you can email the teacher at jdederich@hotmail.com
