Bloom on Franklin continues fourth Friday fun on February 24th with artists and musicians partnering with local businesses to bring a festival of amazing talent. Learn all about Bloom below! BLOOM on Franklin is a donation-based art and entertainment festival along historic Franklin Street in downtown Tampa.

Bloom on Franklin primarily takes place along the North Block of Historic Franklin Street called "Yellow Brick Row" - These are the locations active this month. - There is also a special event at Visit Tampa Bay
