Changes in Operations / Rules due to COVID-19

- If you do not feel well or are currently showing any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 PLEASE STAY HOME

- Everyone, both staff and customers, will be required to wear a face mask prior to entry

- Both staff and customers will have their temperature checked before entering the premises. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or greater will be denied entry and asked to leave and seek immediate medical attention

- Face masks will be required for everyone while inside any areas of the premises. This includes the haunted attractions, waiting areas, concessions, etc.

- 6' social distancing will be required throughout all areas of the premises.

- Markings will be made on the ground to assist with social distancing in areas where lines would form. This includes the box office, concessions, merchandise, photo and entry into the haunted attractions

- Additional hand washing and hand sanitizer stations are being brought in and positioned throughout the premises.

- Additional signage encouraging social distancing, face masks and washing/sanitizing hands will be placed at entrances and throughout the premises

- To help maintain social distancing between groups while inside the attractions, we are increasing the amount of time between entry. Staff will also assist as needed

- Capacity will be reduced to help prevent over crowding and to maintain social distancing

Once you purchase a ticket you can arrive anytime from the time we open and BEFORE we close.

Rigamortis:

Trespass at the abandoned warehouse, the site of a deadly accident that led its workers to an early demise. Today, the souls of those killed in the disaster are back in the form of all manner of horrors to haunt its crumbling halls, warping its many rooms beyond recognition for their sick pleasure. Be wary of The Butcher, who only desires more meat for his hook, and The Twisted Nurse, who knows nothing but suffering… and aims to inflict as much of it on those who trespass at the warehouse as possible.

 3D Experience:

Put on your 3-D glasses and enter a world that seems to be of another dimension. Packed full of 3D artwork, puzzle pieces, the tunnel of doom, and of course the blood thirsty souls of the dead killed in the warehouse accident. Oh yes, we have also included a special surprise that is sure to make your life flash right before your eyes. Those who have dared to enter say they have never seen anything like it.

Our Monster Midway:

While you wait to enter the attractions at Warehouse 31, you can relax in our INDOOR waiting area. You can purchase food and drinks, or watch a classic horror movie on one of our big TV's.  Don't forget to get your official Warehouse 31 merchandise before you leave.

REFUND POLICY

Once tickets have been purchased we do not allow for refunds. PLEASE NOTE that we are located in ALABAMA and are NOT in Florida. We will not issue refunds to those who are attempting to purchase tickets to a Florida based Warehouse31. We are NOT in Florida or affiliated with any haunted house there.

SALES TAXES

Please be advised that a (9)% "Sales Tax" has already been included in the price for each ticket both online and at our local box office.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No - We recommend at least 12 and older but its up to the parents discretion 

What are my parking options at the event?

There is plenty of FREE parking during this event

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No outside Food or Drinks

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you know you can not make it and you have already purchased your ticket online, you may go to the registration and change the name. However we do not issue refunds.
