"Blood Hook" is a Troma pictures cult classic. Welcome to Hayward in the 1980s, where a fishing maniac is on the loose during the town's annual Musky Madness fishing competition. This low-budget teen slasher-type flick was filmed in and around Hayward and even features a few locals on screen. And of course you'll see Hayward's iconic giant fiberglass musky museum in the background.

In addition to screening this camp favorite, the Park Center will host a Blood Hook/1980s themed costume contest and serve up a themed drink or two. Film will be shown on the Saturday night of Musky Festival, so get ready to party.

This is Hayward's new favorite annual tradition!

Rated R: no one under 17 admitted without a parent or guardian.
